- We used powdered cane sugar, not granulated
- We used just over a cup of tepid, warm water… not too hot!
- We save a little piece of dough from the previous batch, to act as our yeast.
- We save money and time by keeping a constant supply of dough, which we can use for pizzas, flatbreads, calzones and breadsticks!
