Do the Lifestyle Diet Reset with Me Day #5

Do the Lifestyle Diet Reset with Me Day #5 – Today was one of those days with a lot of weird news. I finally tuned it out and just focused on some creative projects.

I know this sounds rote, but a creative pursuit can be a comfortable escape for a while. You may or may not know this, but it makes a different part of your brain work. The goal is to put your brain in a state where there are more Alpha waves, which can give a feeling of well-being and ward off situational depression. I like to paint with watercolor, but some people garden or do woodworking. Of course, I also love to cook!

Here’s my low-stress food for today. Nothing too radical that could cause anxiety.

Try to remember the bee pollen and probiotic. Today, might be a walk inside kind of day, or if you have a sauna, that’s always refreshing too. A 20 minute sauna is as healthy as a walk. Ask the Swedes.
