Nearly a year ago, we told you about the shutdown of the baby formula plant in Michigan and that there would be long-lasting shortages. After all this time, the FDA finally came out with a plan to deal with the formula incident. They haven’t actually implemented any of the plan, they’re simply excited that after nine months they have a plan. Meanwhile, a semi-independent third party advisory panel is recommending big organizational changes at the FDA.
