This beautiful park, with its historic twin suspension walkways over a 120 foot ravine, was created by the WPA during the Great Depression and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999. With 60 acres and three major walking trails, Ravine Gardens The best time of year to visit is late February to early March, as the thousands of Azalea flowers are full bloom.
