While the events in Baltimore Harbor are tragic, several questions have emerged about the events that led up to the Francis Scott Key Bridge disaster. Elizabeth looks at that ship, “The Dali” and how ALL the backup systems that would have prevented that accident from happening, seemingly failed nearly simultaneously.
