CINNAMON PANCAKES CREAM CHEESE DRIZZLE

CINNAMON PANCAKES CREAM CHEESE DRIZZLE are a quick and tasty way to start the morning. You should have all of these ingredients (except maybe the cream cheese) on hand. If cinnamon is not your thing, try our Lemon Ricotta pancakes or Pumpkin Chocolate Chip pancakes. 

Ingredients: CINNAMON PANCAKES CREAM CHEESE DRIZZLE

1 1/2 cups King Arthur All Purpose Flour
2 tbsp Palm Sugar
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 cups Milk
1 Large Egg
3 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method:

Whisk dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.  Add wet mixture to dry and but don’t over mix.
Bring skillet or griddle up to medium heat and with cooking spray.
Depending upon the size pancake you want (and your flipping skills) add 1/3 cup batter to pan and flip when small bubbles appear.
Remove when golden brown.

CREAM CHEESE DRIZZLE

Ingredients:

4 tbsp Ghee
1/3 cup Cream Cheese(softened)
1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
3 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method:

Whisk together all ingredients and pour over warm pancakes
