VIDEO BLUEBERRY CHOCOLATE CLAFOUTIS – If you want that little melted chocolate indulgence without too much fat, check this Food And Travel Nation Network dessert out. It’s not too sweet, I promise. Blueberries in season are one of my favorite things and combined with a little semisweet chocolate, it’s “over the top” good! Ingredients (organic, if possible)
1 pat of butter to grease the pie dish
Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter or spray a glass pie dish and add cherries or blueberries. Set aside. In a medium bowl add milk, egg and vanilla. Whisk to combine. Melt chocolate over a double-boiler. Allow to cool slightly. In another medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add chocolate to liquid mixture, whisking to combine. Add dry mixture to liquid mixture, whisking until just combined. Pour over cherries in pie dish. Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out nearly clean.
