In the summer of 2011, the Food Travel USA Network with Elizabeth Dougherty attended the National Restaurant Association’s annual show in Chicago.  While there, she had the opportunity to visit Charlie Trotter’s Restaurant and interview the world famous chef.

Mr. Trotter passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at his home in Chicago.

The Food Travel USA Network remembers Charlie Trotter.
