Easy Decadent Chocolate Peppermint Bark

This is an age-old favorite from Food And Travel Nation and now you know how easy it is to make.

Ingredients
6 oz good quality dark chocolate
6 oz REAL white chocolate
2 tsp organic oil
1/2 cup crushed organic peppermint candy

Method
Line a 9 inch square pan with aluminum foil.
Melt dark chocolate over a double boiler. Add 1 tsp of the oil. Pour into the pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes or so.
Melt white chocolate over a double boiler. Add 1 tsp of the oil. Pour into the pan on top of the dark chocolate and sprinkle the peppermint candy on top. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or so. Lift the candy out of the pan and separate from the foil. Break into pieces. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
