Blueberry Yogurt Waffles

INGREDIENTS Blueberry Yogurt Waffles

2 cups flour

1 TB baking powder

3/4 tsp baking soda

2 TB palm sugar (it’s low glycemic )

1 cup water

6 oz yogurt

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup blueberries

METHOD

Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl

Stir wet ingredients in another bowl

Mix wet into dry with a wooden spoon

Heat up waffle iron according to directions

Makes 4 waffles
