ELIZABETH’S ELEGANT FIVE MINUTE CHICKEN SALAD
This is a quick and tasty dish without a lot of fat.
INGREDIENTS:
16 oz Organic canned chicken, drained, rinsed and pat dry
1/3 cup Organic Raisins
1/3 cup Organic Celery, sliced to 1/4″
1 Granny Smith Organic Apple, cored, rinsed and diced approx 1/4″
1/3 – 1/c cup Organic Plain Whole Milk Yogurt
METHOD:
Add chicken, raisins, celery, apple to a serving bowl and toss. Add yogurt and toss till everything has that healthy yogurt coating. Serve chilled.
