Ingredients (organic, if possible)
1 cup cream
1 cup whole milk
2 cups water
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 cups organic corn flour
2 TB fresh rosemary, stems removed
4 oz fresh goat cheese
3 TB butter
Method
Bring the cream, milk and water to a simmer. Add the sea salt. Slowly whisk in the corn flour. Stir for 5 minutes. Add the rosemary. Stir in the goat cheese. Stir in the butter. Serve!
