TASTE TEST BODY BUILDER PROTEIN SHAKES ONE WINNER ONE TASTED AWFUL

Food and Travel Nation
with Elizabeth Dougherty
Broadcast Date:  3/26/22

You’ll find those plastic jugs of dry protein shakes in the grocery and health food stores.  They can be expensive.  But body builders love them and they’re a great way to quench your thirst and add protein to your diet.  But do they taste good?  We asked for a few samples from a health food store and put them to the test.  ONE of them tasted great… several others were okay… and one tasted really bad!

Listen HERE to Elizabeth’s LIVE BROADCAST Saturday afternoons at 5pm (ET) 2pm (PT).
